When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Do I need a hearing test or a prescription?
No prescription is required to order. If you're unsure whether Aura Pro is right for you, we recommend speaking with a hearing care professional before use.
Will it whistle or hum?
Aura Pro uses 16-channel digital processing with noise reduction and feedback control, so it's designed to work without humming or whistling. Fitting the right ear tip size makes the biggest difference — three sizes are included.
How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe each device with the dry brush after use and place it in the case — the UV function sanitizes while it charges. Never rinse the devices in water.
